Ramaphosa on Queen Elizabeth II’s ‘fantastic’ relationship with Mandela [video]

South Africa’s President Cyril Ramaphosa paid tribute to Queen Elizabeth II’s “fantastic” relationship with Nelson Mandela in a speech on the conclusion of his state go to to the UK.
