One woman from St Teresa’s Faculty in Rosebank died after taking her life on Monday.
A fellow pupil was admitted to hospital following the incident.
In a press release to News24, the college mentioned: “The St Teresa’s Faculty group is devastated by the tragic occasions that occurred at our faculty on Monday, 19 September 2022, the place an remoted incident led to considered one of our Grade 8 pupils passing away and a second Grade 8 pupil being injured.
