Embattled deputy prime minister Dominic Raab is below rising stress amid requires a 3rd probe into his alleged behaviour.

The justice secretary faces recent accusations that he used “obscene” language within the chamber of the House of Commons.

The row centres on claims that Mr Raab mouthed the phrase “w***er” on the Labour chief throughout Prime Minister’s Questions (PMQs) 10 days in the past.
