Iran Restricts Web Entry as Ladies’s Rights Protests Unfold

Iran restricted entry to the Web in massive components of the nation on Thursday as authorities attempt to curb a women’s rights protest movement that has relied on social media to precise dissent and rally assist, whereas the U.S. imposed sanctions on Iran’s morality police. 

The demise of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini late final week in police custody for allegedly violating Iran’s strict Islamic costume code has sparked demonstrations across the country. Protesters have clashed violently with security forces who used tear fuel and fired reside ammunition.
