Ukraine Dwell: Putin tells Military it wants 5 million troops to ‘end struggle with NATO’ | World | Information

Vladmir Putin is telling his navy commanders Russia must deploy 5 million troops to be able to triumph in Ukraine. A doc doing the rounds in navy and political circles in Moscow entitled “Conclusions of the struggle with NATO in Ukraine” has highlighted the huge challenges now dealing with Russia.
